Terms & Conditions

All events are subject to a minimum number of riders and Pro Rider reserves the right to change or cancel the dates if the minimum number is not reached.

Full payment is due at the time of booking.

If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by Pro Rider you will have the option to transfer to another course or request a full refund.

CANCELLATION FEES

Ride Forever or Auckland Transport Funded courses

A Non Refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking. ($50 or $20 Scooter/Novice)

Cancellation more than 7 days in advance
Incurs 100% of your booking fee

Cancellation within 7 days or No Show on the day
You will be required to pay an additional $199 to help defray the cost of the course and instructors engaged for the day.
These courses have a retail value in excess of $249, and your booking fee is not the actual course fee which is funded by Ride Forever or Auckland Transport.

However, (once the full course fee has been paid) we will allow you to attend another course that is scheduled and would welcome that. Offer valid for 6 months

All Other Pro Rider Courses

Cancellation up to 7 days prior to the course
Incurs a $50 cancellation fee. You may request a refund of the course fee paid less the cancellation fee or you may transfer to another course. Valid for 6 months only.

Cancellation within 7 Days or No Show on the day
Incurs 100% cancellation fee of the full course fee

sorry there are no refunds,credits or transfers to other courses
